MP & VL Batteries for launchers

Saft prismatic MP and cylindrical VL rechargeable Li-ion batteries boast unrivalled nominal capacities and long cycle-life, and can be charged and discharged over a wide temperature range. The VL cylindrical cells can be Power (P) or Very High Power (U). Both ranges – the MP and VL - feature various redundant safety features (electronic protection circuit, built-in circuit breaker in case of a charger fault, safety valve, shut down separator), which make them ideal for demanding applications, such as in space exploration where the environmental conditions can range from extreme heat to extreme cold.
