If you don't have a Saft4U account yet, go to saft4u.saft.com and click Login and Create Account.

If you have a Saft4U account, go to the top of the page and click Login at the top right of your screen. Fill out the login form with the relevant information and then click the Login button.
Forgot your password ? Don't panic, you can change it with the Forgot Password procedure. To do this, go to the login form and click on "Forgot your password ?" under the login button.
Enrich your account information by entering your delivery and billing addresses. To do so, go to the "My Profile" page via the "My Account" drop-down menu at the top right of your screen. You will then be able to insert and modify informations.
You have a problem with one of our products? Let us know by opening a customer complaint. To do so, go to the portal home page, click on the "Claim" tile and then on the "New claim" button. Then fill in the submission form.
Access your claims through the dashboard by going to this address. You can also go there via the home page by clicking on the "Claim" tile or via the "My Account" menu by clicking on "My Claims".
To view your claim in more detail, go to your dashboard and click on the claim you wish to view.
